Fee Schedule

• Full Day - $4000
• Full Day multiple litigants on either side - $4500
• Half Day - $2200 - 4 hours

Cancellation Policy - We work with our clients and we know that litigation is a dynamic environment with scheduling challenges. We will reschedule and there is no fee to do so. If the case settles or there is reasonable need to cancel there is no fee. We have a waiting list as there are usually parties who need our services on short order and generally we can plug someone else in from our waiting list.

Travel Costs - We do not charge to travel in California. Out of state mediations will incur reasonable travel costs.

Location Fees - If there is a need to mediate outside our office or the offices of either party. Such costs will need to be covered.
